  • How are your products made and where are you based?
    Our products are made using print on demand service and embroidery. This means that we only create an item once it has been ordered, reducing waste and ensuring quality control. We are proud to be based in the UK and all of our products are made here.
  • How Long Will My Item Take To Arrive?
    Since all of our items are made to order, delivery times can vary depending on your location. Typically, you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-3 weeks. We strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest level of quality
  • Who Comes Up With The Images ?
    How do you create the images on your clothing? A: We use AI technology to help us create the images. We start with a basic design and then use the AI to help us manipulate the image and make it look good on clothing. Once we have a design that we're happy with, we make any final tweaks and then print it onto the clothing. This process ensures that each item we sell is unique and one-of-a-kind.
  • Where are you based?
    We and the Printing service are both UK Based with a lot of the products sourced and printed here too but there may be times it comes from abroad or they need to source new stock from overseas.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Yes Like everywhere else you can of course get a refund, The printing company will send you information on this with the purchase and at check out should you not be happy with the item (s).
  • Can you print my Picture?
    This is something we are thinking off but not sure exactly how as we can't offer one to one customisation yet. But feel free to send a email with your idea and we will do our best to make something close for you then we can add to site but remember others will also have the option to buy if they like it too, Sending us ideas is off your own will and you will not have rights to any profit from sales made on them. We may also decide not to use your image if we believe it's a copyright issue.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
